Mr. Luis Felipe Botero obtained his JD from the University of El Rosario (graduated with Highest honors), and obtained a Graduate Degree in Administrative Law of the same University. He also holds studies in International Arbitration. He served as Academic Secretary of the Rosario University and began his professional experience as associate attorney of Muñoz Tamayo & Lawyers, Baker & McKenzie (more than six years), Tobar, Romero & Trejos (five years) and partner Botero & Tobon Abogados. Currently, he is partner of Botero, Salazar Tobon & Abogados. He teaches postgraduate and masters courses focusing on Torts and Civil Responsibility at the Rosario University, University of La Sabana, Bolivarian University and EAFIT. He has lectured at national and international seminars and is currently a member of the Colombian Institute and State Liability. He is author of two books: “Acciones populares y nulidad de actos administrativos”, “Responsabilidad patrimonial del legislador” and co-author of “Comercio electrónico”.
